Puzzling puzzle: 1962 Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint

It is strange to define this car as “complete”, yet looking at the photos it seems that, apparently, the main components (and many other details) are all there.

Probably because it is a 2600 Sprint (chassis # AR820112) disassembled thinking of an integral restoration but, as often happens, the time or money to do it was lost along the way, it is therefore the task of another person to complete what started by the previous owner.

The positive thing about a car in this state is, of course, that there are no tricks: you can see the bare metal and as far as this car has always lived in little rainy (or snowy) climates, it really looks very solid. It is certainly a lot of fun, it will certainly cost a lot but the starting point is excellent and the most boring part of the job has already been done. Find it for sale here in Bellingham, MA, with bidding at $2,550 and reserve not met.
