It looks like a lot of ’58 Giulietta Spider have decided to jump into the market all together: this is the third one we spot in two weeks and for sure those are not the only ones.
Among the three published, this one is the only car in not-driveable conditions: it’s clearly a barn find which cought a lot of spier webs during the last years, but at least it is quite well preserved. It’s not 100% correct but it’s a good starting point.
Seats are not correct (at least they have an uncorrect upholstery), the air filter is an aftermarket (but period correct) item, the steering wheel is not the original one and maybe this is the worst defect as now you forget to buy a good one at less than $500. On the other side te structure seems solid and that’s not a little thing. The problem is that the seller says not to ask him foolish questions like which is the chassis number: we believe that would be a legitimate question. Find it for sale at $29,900 here in Benton, MI.
