Chip blue: 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Veloce

s1

This Giulietta Sprint has been on sale for quite a few days and is observed by many people, yet it is still there. We will not in fact comment on the model that everyone knows, rather there are considerations to make.

In fact, this car raises some questions that many observers on eBay will have asked themselves: is it worth it? At what price level is it worth it? In reality this is a question that always arises in the presence of a classic car to be restored, only that sometimes it becomes very difficult to decide and, in the latter case, almost always “No” is chosen, unless you don’t have the skills to do part of the job alone, or in the event that the expense is indifferent and you just want to have fun in reviving a wreck.

The engine, gearbox and tachometer are missing, the rest of the car seems complete even if the parts are scattered everywhere; the bodywork has been heavily attacked by rust and a lot of new metal will be needed to repair this situation. In short, the work is so much and the costs are high, however it is still a Sprint of “Bluette” color (probably) very rare, to you the difficult choice. Find it for sale at $6,000 (o.b.o.) here in Northford, CT.
