Much metal: 1965 Porsche 356 SC Cabriolet

There is enough stuff to rebuild this rare 356 SC (chassis #162087) which has been disassembled 19 years ago in order to restore it, however many parts are missing.

The seller says that all the body and metal work has been completed by previous owner and ready to be painted but, as already mentioned, for sure windshield, door handles, roof frame, head/tail light assembles, front/rear bumpers, dash instrument cluster, interior door panels and hardware are missing.

The good news is that, while it needs a complete rebuild, the engine should be the original one and it’s said to be complete: this put this car under a completely different point of view: at least the future owner knows that he has a matching number car in his hands. Find it for sale here in San Diego, CA, with bidding at $31,000 and reserve not met.
