Alfa Romeo enthusiasts are well aware that the Giulietta Sprint Veloce 750 was a car destined for driving “purists”, but not everyone knows that a “softer” small series was made of this model.
It was in fact called “Confortevole” (which clearly means “comfortable”) because the Veloce version was softened by the addition of some details such as a less bare interior, vertical sliding side windows, front fog lights (not present on this car) and so on.
It seems that only 200 Comfortable have been produced and that this car belongs to that lot, however this has been transformed to be able to be driven on the track, for the rest the car looks healthy but should be inspected well: certainly the original DCO3 carburetors are missing and therefore this implies the first $ 6,000 to be put into account, but certainly the base is very good. Find it for sale at €55,000 (today $61,000) here in Brescia, Italy.
