There’s a long story behind this custom 1954 Ford called “Parisienne” and the people behind this build are well known in the american custom builder panorama.
The story behind this car is well explained here but the core is that this car was build in 1962 by by Richard “Korky” Korkes of Korky’s Kustom Shop in Whippany, New Jersey, and shown at he 1962 edition of Autorama. The photos speak for themselves.
In the 90s Korkes sold the car to the actual owner who’s now selling it, the car is said to be complete but of course it needs a total estoration which, apart from the money and the expertise needed, requires a deep study about how it was build back in 1962: the actual owner could indeed be an information mine and his help will be foundamental. Find it for sale at $20,000 somewhere in Arizona.
