Over time, every classic car model has seen its displacement increase, and the Fulvia by Zagato has not shirked this rule.
In 1971 in fact, in the penultimate year of its production, the Fulvia Zagato adopted the 1600 cc engine of the car from which it drew its origin and was a nice leap in quality from a performance point of view, although more exotic construction solutions had been abandoned, such as the body or the moving parts made of Peraluman, a special aluminum alloy.
This car in particular, in a typical orange color used on this model, was imported from Italy to the USA in the mid-1990s and little driven since then, it is not a perfect car (the steering wheel is not original, the bumper is missing front and surely there are other jobs to do) but it seems “honest” and should do enough, even considering that the 1600 cc version it is very rare.
