This is an american delivered Flaminia Coupé which has indeed all the instruments marked in m.p.h. and fahrenheit degrees. So far it lived in the dry U.S. southwest and that’s why it is in exceptional dry conditions.
The seller says that it had one repaint only in 1985 when, at the same time, te engine was rebuilt. We wonder how difficult could have been to rebuild an engine like this in the U.S. before internet came out; however the previous owner should have been a true Lancia enthusiast so he managed to do it.
The best part of this car are the undercarriage, very original and dry, and the interiors which are very original as well. Not only original but very well preserved and correct too: restoring these cars could be very expensive so the best option is to find a specimen like this which can be enjoyed for many years to come. Find it for sale here in Englewood, CO., with bidding at $10,100 and reserve not met.
