Well, sometimes “cheap” is a relative term: for sure a Ferrari 250 GTO for sale at $20M is cheap, but unaffordable for the 99.99% of the world population. For this car, things are a bit different.

The seller specifies, using some bold letters, that the car is not for sale as a “car” but as a wreck, so he can’t privide any title: basically this car is considered by the italian law as a pile of spares.

However, from the photos this 1.3S doesn’t look so bad: for sure the car is missing few things, beginning from the seats and some other elements of the interiors and of the engine bay. For sure it has some rust but nothing of such things seems insuperable. A total restoration would for sure overcome the value of the car but, maybe, this car would need less than a giant job to hit the road again. Find it for sale at €2,000 (today $2,500) here in Torino, Italy.
