In the Alfa Romeo family, the names “Super” and “T.I.” they have been used often, but when they are present simultaneously on a Giulia, then you know you are in the presence of a very special car.
The car in question (chassis AR10516 * 595482 – engine # AR00516 * 00493) is in fact one of the 501 cars built to homologate this model to the “Turismo Internazionale” category (hence “TI”), and compared to the other Giulia had an interior more bare, sports seats, disc brakes all around, magnesium Campagnolo wheels and, above all, the type 516 engine built specifically for this model.
The car on sale here has been clearly restored and overall its condition seems impeccable; was the protagonist of an article published by an important Italian classic cars magazine, and it seems that it does not ask for anything other than to be shown again to its admirers, with its original plate, among other things. Find it for sale at €155,000 (today $173,000) here in Grumello, Italy.
