The Abarth OT 1000s based on the Fiat 850 sedan are perhaps the rarest (if we exclude the special models of the 50s), and finding one for sale is not a trivial event.

Many of the ones in view are in fact the OT 850, similar but not identical to the 1000 that have a different type of engine (FB 1000-202) as well as a series of different details among which the beautiful instrument cluster stands out, together with the beautiful steering wheel in mahogany and aluminum.

The seller – a professional – has not written anything about the car, but we imagine that this depends on the fact that the car looks perfect and has been definitely restored in its entirety in the last 10 years; however, what counts on these cars are the chassis and engine numbers that must be inspected very carefully. Find it for sale at €45,000 (today $50,000) here in Imperia, Italy.
