Waning wind: 1966 Maserati Mistral 4.0 Coupé

This Maserati Mistral has very few faults (at least on paper): a beautiful body, excellent interiors and an original engine. Last but not least, a nice price.

The reasons for such a combination may be different: the will of the previous owner to get rid of it, some hidden defects or, more simply, a market that, after four or five years of euphoria, has become more mature and efficient: we believe that this last is the root cause of this price level.

Looking in fact at the photos published by the seller we can not see anything particularly wrong: the body does not look bad, the floors are not perfect but they are still solid and free from deep rust, the engine compartment does not look shiny but it seems honest and correct , the interiors are discrete, correct and complete: in reality the whole car seems complete; this is clearly a car produced for the European market, although owned by the previous owner for 46 years, and also includes the original user manual and tool roll. Find it for sale at $129,500 here in Los Angeles, CA.
