Running in the family: 1957 Porsche 356 A-T1 Coupé

It happens that some cars like this one, have a destiny tied to a one only family for many years: that is the case of this 356 (chassis #59065) which has been in the same family since 1958.

Indeed the seller says that this car initially belonged to his mother in law’s brother when he was attending the Stanford university (not bad at all for a student), than, in ’64, the car was given to his sister until 1970 when it was drained of all fluids and put in storage til 2003.

So, this should be a very original and correct car: apart from its beautiful and rare color combo (the color code #607 is Aquamarine metallic), it has the original engine which spreads patina everywhere. The seller says also that everything works correctly and the only rust is bresent in the battery tray (as usual). This is a 356 which every 356 enthusiast (and whealthy) shoudln’t miss. Find it for sale here in Ferndale, WA, with bidding at $70,100 and reserve not met.
