We featured another Fiat OSCA 1600S Coupè (type 118b) last year: that was a beautiful car which needed nothing, and the asking price was a little more of the half of this one. We said that it is a rare car – 273 made as the seller says – but we didn’t believe that it could be so valued.
This is a former italian car which is said to be in original condition with the exception of a new paint layer in the original shade: we find that maybe, leaving the original, albeit faded, paint would have been a better option. Interiors remain original: the original Nardi steering wheel is always an eye candy.
The seller says also that chrome is original and the engine has been rebuilt by the former owner. Indeed this car looks great in this color combo, the question is only if and when, at this asking price, this car will meet market. Find it for sale at €49,500 (today $68,000) here in Bruges, Belgium.
