Think green: 1969 Alfa Romeo Duetto 1750

Let’s stay in France also today as we found a very interesting car, both in terms of model and price.

The Duetto 1750, in fact, with the type 541 engine, was the latest evolution of that iconic car made famous by the film “The Graduate”, starring Dustin Hoffman: in the case of the film it was a very first series with a 1600 engine in a classic Alfa Red color, the car reviewed here is Pine Green, quite rare on this model.

There are no very detailed photos but from what we see it seems that the car is in excellent condition, certainly repainted and cared for from a mechanical point of view: the engine compartment looks very neat (despite the lack of the original intake box), as well as the interior that looks correct, with the exception of the steering wheel which should have a black horn button. The seller says it is a matching number car so, given all this, it seems to us that the price is right. Find it for sale at €48,800 (today $59,000) here in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
