Racing DNA: 1973 BMW 1802 Touring

All fans of classic BMWs, especially E9 and E10 series like this car, have a certain look in mind.

The look is exactly that of this 1802 Touring, which incorporates that of the 2002 Turbo which, in turn, had the appearance characterized by front air dam, widened fenders, larger wheels with BBS rims, side skirts and, last but not least less important, a small spoiler on the edge of the rear hood.

In addition to the look, the owner says that the bodywork of this car is perfect and that the engine matching numbers has been rebuilt to race specs: pistons, cams, carburetors, exhaust have been replaced to make this car snappy: he estimates a power of 130hp (from the standard 90hp), but only a dyno pull can reveal the truth. Find it for sale at €25,000 (today $30,000) here in Verona, Italy.
