One car, two engines: 1963 Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint

This is a single car but it has two engines, one inside the engine compartment, the other is incomplete and is located in another State.

The seller says that the engine currently installed was rebuilt with new rod bearings, pistons and cylinders checked with new piston rings, a valve job, appropriate shims, new timing chain, and rebuilt Solex carburetors. It is a pity, however, for a rebuilt engine to leave the head without the oil plug: anything could end up inside.

The other engine, on the other hand, is dismantled and incomplete with connecting rods and pistons, but it seems that most of the components are present: although incomplete, it can still be useful as spare parts even if it is in another state. The rear bumper is also present but not shown. The bodywork is basically healthy but this does not mean that there is a lot of work to do: you can never know the truth until you sand the body. Find it for sale at $20,000 here in Columbia, MO.
