Euro orange: 1970 Porsche 911 E 2.2 Coupé

p2

“Which Orange?” you are wondering, and in fact we can not blame you. The color you see in the picture is indeed “Tangerine” but the original color of this 911 is “Signal Orange”, among other things, it is a very sought-after shade.

p3

Why publish this 911? Simple, because apart from the color (easily reconvertible in the original one, as the 911 up to the 2.4 series “E” were painted only outwardly) and the engine (correct for this car, but not the original equipment), the car gives the feeling of being a survivor, which has been driven but never neglected. And it’s for sale at a fair price.

p1

It was sold new in Germany and imported to the USA in 1985; It is still equipped with the comfort package which includes brightwork on the wheel arches, 14 “Fuchs, 911S rocker trim, velor carpets, gold script, and 911S gages and a rare rear wiper. The interiors “Pepita” show their age but they are still intact, and the whole is accompanied by the original german language manual booklet as well as the original german language owner’s manual and service book. Find it for sale at $65,000 here in Aptos, CA.
