The car we are publishing is only one but the same seller is also selling a 356 “Notchback” currently for sale, and parked in the same garage.
The one we are dealing with is, in fact, a T5 Cabriolet of 1961 (chassis # 153931) that seems in excellent condition: it was parked ten years ago and probably never started since, but we do not think that could have ruined it too much. That’s a matching numbers car and the owner claims that the engine ran for 10k miles but had no documentation to substantiate his claim.
Another positive element is the presence of the original hardtop, currently hanging from a ceiling beam, but it seems in good condition. As far as we are concerned, the best thing about this car is the rare and beautiful Aetna Blue color coupled with light-colored interiors, which, on a basically dry car, is not bad at all. Find it for sale here in Medford, OR, with bidding at $70,000 and reserve price met.
