This Caddy really fulfills the “patina” concept: it’s a survivor in stunnig conditions, especially when you think that it came out from the factory 68 years ago.
The seller says that this convertible is originally from Florida, and that it was bought from an older gentleman who had it for 30+ years in his Barn when it was unhearted. Te body is said to be “straight like an arrow” and that all the panels are properly aligned per factory specifications.
But what really is astonishing is the conditin of the sot top: usually even on real barn finds the soft top is ripped or, at least, full of stains but this one s almost perfect. The engine is the original 331 c.i. unit and, last but not least, the floors are said to be solid. A good thing is that the seller has provided a lot of photos here.
