Known history: 1961 Lancia Flamina GT Convertibile by Touring

It is not clear the year when this car was built as the ad is missing this info, so we have “decided” that this is one of the first series cars, built from 1961.

The only thing said by the seller is that this is a rare car as just 421 units were built, and that the history of this car is well known: good for the next owner as the only clear thing of this car is the plate (which provenance is unknown); indeed no photos of interiors or engine bay have been provided.

It’s clear, of course, that this car needs a total restoration but the good is that the body doesn’t seem battered, the soft top frame is still with the car along with the bumpers, the bad is that the windscreen is missing and that’s a problem. We can’t see he interiors but they seem to be all there: a good starting point even though at a salty price. Find it for sale at €99,500 (today $108,000) here in Isorella, Italy.
