Well we’ve seen this car on eBay last friday but our own policy says, with rare exceptions, one car per working day so here she is now.
For sure many have seen this car so far even because it’s a rare find: not so rare for the usual seller which has put many of these post-war Alfa’s for sale during the last year. This time it’s a (former) golden &c Freccia d’Oro, a car which should have been born at the end of the ’30s but, as Alfa was hardly bombed during the WWII, it had no resources to design a produce a new model from scratch.
Like the other car from the same seller this is a project: the seller says that it misses few parts like some engine ancillaries and some trims; not a big deal on paper but always remember that every missing nut of a car like this could be a painful headache. On the other side, the metal looks very dry and solid: at least the starting point is good. Find it for sale here in Surrey, UK, with an active bidding and a b.i.n. price of $115,000.
