This is one of the few Giulietta Sprint Speciale that is still in “restore” condition, which is a great thing. Unfortunately, as often happens, the most interesting cars for sale have a short description and, in this case, only one picture. Actually, we don’t even know the production year of this car. The seller in… Read More Rolling SS: Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Speciale
This should be one of the rare Giulietta Spider Veloce swb, recognizable by the absence of the door deflector glass, because the doors were shorter on these early cars. Indeed, many say the 750 are swb but it is not correct: all swb were type 750 but not vice versa, and the Fast sws are very… Read More Wide wheels: 1958 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce
We stay in France today, this time not for a french car but for a true Italian car, maybe the Italian car by definition. It is an Alfa Romeo, of course, and also one of the most popular post-war Alfa, a 1750 GT Veloce first series (also known as “standing pedals”, because the pedals are… Read More Esastar wheels: 1969 Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Veloce

Barn finds are still out there. Well, probably this Giulietta swb was not stored in a barn, otherwise it would have been in much better conditions than it is now. However, compared with the Giulia Spider which I’m restoring now, this car seems like it just came out of the dealership: at least it is still… Read More Blue on red: 1958 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider

I believe that this is for me one of the easiest car to review: first of all because I used to drive a grey one, then because the seller didn’t tell anything about this partcular car. Actually the only thing that the seller says about this car is that it is a one owner car… Read More One owner green: 1968 Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Veloce
