Once was red: 1967 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT Veloce

It’s damaged, incomplete, and has no title. But, gentlemen, it is still a GT Veloce (chassis #AR246417), and this is a crucial detail in the overall evaluation.

The significant dent on the front right side of the car is very noticeable, and perhaps this same damage is why someone abandoned it. The car likely also had a “sporting” past, as evidenced by the makeshift bull bar installed on the front. The engine is present in the car, although marque experts will certainly notice the non-original cylinder head (the original was “smooth,” without the two retaining bolts on the front). However, the carburetors are missing.

The interior is only partially present: the seats, peculiar to this version, and the iconic dashboard are there, but beyond that, there is little else. Despite the terrible appearance, the body actually seems relatively dry: a hole is evident in the passenger side floor, but apart from that, the sheet metal seems solid. Last but not least: the original color was red. Find it for sale here in Stockton, CA, with bidding at $ 99 and reserve not met.
