This car is as small as the charisma it emanates is big: you don’t need to be a supercar to turn heads.
The merit is a very accurate design and studied in every detail: customers who, more than 50 years ago, bought cars like these wanted to feel driving a high-level car while spending acceptable amounts. Of course, however, this was not the car of the father of the family but of boys, between 18 and 30 years old, coming from wealthy families for whom the car served as a business card to introduce themselves to society.
Not many have been produced, certainly the Berliettas are at least an order of magnitude lower than their spider sister, yet we believe that this closed model has come out better or, at least, is more original on a stylistic level. This car in particular looks in very good condition – it was sold new in Sicily and therefore benefited from a dry climate so we assume it has little or no rust. It has certainly been “refreshed” over the years but it seems correct in almost all the details: we are not sure about the steering wheel and the seats with the red piping, however the general appearance is very good.
