If you had been offered this car ten years ago, what would you have answered? Probably “No thanks, not even for free”.

However time passes, we become older as well as these cars, with the difference that while we are less desirable over time, these cars are more so, and their price increases even if their conditions are poor, as in case of this GTV which, as it is evident, needs a big restoration job.

But there is a positive side: this GT Veloce seems like a classic example of a car that, for one reason or another, was parked in a courtyard, probably more than 30 years ago, and has not moved since. . Time has obviously required a toll on the rusty bodywork almost everywhere, but the car is complete both inside and out; the only missing component is the air intake plenum which is easily available, and not too expensive either. Find it for sale at $19,950 here in Los Angeles, CA.
