This car puzzles us. First of all because it’s said to be a 1953 car: in that year the 1100/103 was just released but the first Trasformabile was sold in 1955.

Ok the year could be wrong but the strange things aren’t finished yet: the bumpers are the same installed on the later 1200 TV but, at the same time, the steering wheel, he dashboard and the hubcaps (very rare to find and so very expensive) belong to the 1100 TV Trasformabile.

Last but not least, the turn signals on the fenders are the same installed on the 1200. Is this an “interim” model, an U.S.A. export car or simply a mix between the 1100 and the 1200? The only thing we know for sure is that the seller says that this car is completely original, never restored specimen. Find it for sale at €16,000 (today $18,000) here in Hengelo, Netherlands.
