The seller of this beautiful Giulietta Spider (chassis #135) says that it’s a pre-series car as it’s one of the first made and many details differ from the “standard” production: we believe that’s it’s not exactly the truth.
Indeed the real pre-series cars (maybe the first 50) had some very different features: at least the dashboard had a different shape: it looked like the same dashboard of the Lancia Aurelia B24 Spider, and the front bumper guards were rounded.
However, the car seems a beautiful specimen, it’s however a very early car totally restored with care even if there are some details, like the dashboard top painted in white instead of the typical wrinked black paint, doesn’t persuade us. Said so, these are details easy to fix. In the meantime, find it for sale at €90,000 (today $111,000) here in Mantova, Italy.
