Silver weekends: 1965 Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint Coupé

This is the typical project which is stuck in the middle of a restoration. You need some skilled help for sure but it could be completed at home if you have many weekends available.

The seller says that the restoration of this car has begun 20 years ago but it has never been completed (and that’s clear). So both paint and chrome have been redone back then but he says that both are still good. Probably the engine has not been removed from its home but these are solid units and with proper cares you’ll probably leave it where it is. The rest of the car is spreaded among many boxes but it seems that mostly every part would be with the car: the red interiors are disassembled but there are all toghether in a corner of the owner’s garage. Of course they need to be retrimmed but the most important thing is that they are still there. We suspect that also the 2600 will soon reach high prices so catch one before it’s too late. Find it for sale at €11,000 (today $13,700) here in Busto Arsizio, Italy.

  1. Is still this car for sale ?
I crashed mine 2600 Sprint and it can be better to buy this one rather than repair the body of mine.
If OK please let me know the detailed address where l could see and take the car.
    Kind regards,
    Pascal Roux -France
Note : For easier communication I speak italian
