Accessible rarity: 1968 Lancia Flaminia Convertible 2.8 by Touring

We don’t often publish cars like this one, not because it doesn’t deserve it, but because they are very rare.

In fact, all Flaminia Convertibles are rare, but in the 2.8-liter version, only 180 were built and who knows how many of them survive to this day. probably, in percentage terms, much more than the sisters in the coupé version because, you know, a convertible has more and more chances of surviving over time.

This particular car is one of 180 built, painted gray (perhaps Newmarket Gray, a typical reed color), with a sand-colored interior. Everything seems to be in its place on a car which, let’s face it, although not in top condition, has a price that is in the lower end of the market value. Find it for sale at €89,000 (today $104,500) here in Pesaro, Italy.
