This car seems covered by a layer of expoxy primer, otherwise that color perfectly matches the “Avorio Santa Anita” (a special shade of Ivory) often used by Touring and Zagato during the sixties.

Actually the original color of this car should be grey (as the dashboard is) but in this case the color in itself is not much important: the good of this car is that it seems very solid without apparent traces of rust. Moreover it has a three carburetors setup which is a valuable option.

The seller says that he purchased this car (which is said to be a long term California resident) from a restorer and that he has invested a lot of money on it: actually we can’t understand exactly where such money has been invested as from what we can see every part of this car needs to be restored. At least it seems that all the parts (or most of them) are present; that’s actually a very good starting point for a total restoration, of course it depends from the winning bid. Find it for sale here in Carmel, IN., with bidding at $10,000 and reserve not met.
