What we have here is a second series Fiat 1100-103, called “E”: the car is in the U.S.A. but it seems to be a fresh import from its motherland, Italy.

The car looks like it benefitted from a recent restoration, although some details could have been done better. The body looks straight with a very nice quality paint job, everything is in place and painted properly like the wheels which have been correctly painted in a cream shade, which was a stock color whatever the color of the body is. There is also the lovely yellow spot in the centre of the grille which was stock on the TV model, an option on this car.

The only puzzling thing of this car is the leather interior which is not correct at all: no leather interiors were available on this car, neither as option. The engine bay is not detailed and it’s a shame as the car looks very nice from the exterior. The seller provides also the original “libretto” and owner’s manual, plus other documents and invoices.
