This Sebring looks in very original condition with one, not minor, exception. The seller is quite specialized in finding europen cars which are in need of something (and sometimes everything) and this car is coherent with such tendency.
The car looks indeed in a very acceptable conditions; it has a beautiful color (maybe “Rosso Cordoba”) and it’s equipped with a set of valuable Borrani wire wheels. Interiors too look correct without any major defect apart from that Hurst shift lever which is like a punch in the eye when watched into this car.
The front and rear bumpers are not complete but with enough time and money they can be found. The real problem is that this car lost, sometimes in the past, its sophisticated twin spark inline-six engine to leave place to an american V8 unit, probably mated with an american transmission. That’s an expensive issue to face as replacing this engine with a proper (and rebuilt) Maserati unit, along with a correct transmission, could cost you as much as this car itself. But, if you just need to drive a Maserati, you can find it for sale at $49,500 here in Astoria, NY.
