This 1964 Flaminia Touring has seen better days. Actually it’s a car in need of a ground-up restoration regardless of the cost because on a car like this the motto is “the top or nothing”.

The seller says that he can provide more photos and that’s good as the garage light is not the best to have a detailed impression. What we can see is that the car is apparently missing some important items like rear glass. Even if the seller says that the aluminium body is in very good shape, we know that this car needs to be dismantled as galvanic corrosion attacks the points where the steel chassis is linked to the alu body.

The engine is missing the carburetors pack and that means more money to put on the budget. Probably a full restoration will not pay itself with the final value of the car but, if your goal is not to resell it soon, it could be worth the effort. Find it for sale at €10,000 (today $13,000) here in Mantes-la-Ville, France.

If you’re looking for some parts for this Flaminia I have a windshield, windshield frames, correct engine (826.100) and the correct carbs…
