Everyone knows the acronym AMG, but many think it’s simply the name of the Mercedes-Benz racing department.
Which it is, actually, but not many know that it was born as a real independent company and that it was until the end of the eighties when it merged with Mercedes-Benz, which however kept its brand and a specific production line for its high performance models.
Among his creations is this 500 SEC tuned by AMG before, in fact, the same company became a branch of the Stuttgart giant; from the description of the seller we seem to understand that the tuning done on this car is basically aesthetic: white on the outside and inside on blue leather (very nice combination), external “air” package, ARE 16″ mag wheels, Clarion sound system (at the time it was as expensive as a small car) Last but not least, the AMG factory documentation and original manuals. Find it for sale at $12,500 here in Magnolia, TX.
