The Convertible D was created in order to offer a more confortable alternative to the Speedster but, unfortunately for this model, the look won over the confort.

The roll on windows and the taller windshield, along with a couple of wider and more confortable seats, were he main (if not the only) differences from the Speedster which still remain an icon in the classic car world. This though, is still a beautiful car.

This particular car is clearly in the middle of a total restoration; the seller has not spent a fortune in wors but basically it is understandable that floors, longitudinal sections and brakes have been redone; unfortunately the car is not equipped wth the original engine but with a unit coming from a 912: less original but more powerful.
