Dismembered: 1962 Maserati 3500 GT by Touring

Never this bad. We’ve seen many Maserati 3500 projects but we’ve never seen a car hated like this one: it seems to have been considered just as an aluminium stash.

The engine is there but unfortunately it’s just one among a ton of missng parts: the interiors are gone as well as the floors, no seats, no nose, no front and rear glasses: this car is for sure abandoned since at least 40 years ago and it’s hard to think that it can be on the road again, at least in the next two-three years.

Of course it will be sold for few (in relative terms) bucks but the work needed here is way beyond our imagination: we’ve just restored a BMW 3.0 CSI which was full of rust but compared to this car now it would seem in showroom conditions. Find it for sale here in Marshall, VA, with bidding at $9,000 and reserve not met.
