We don’t know if the Mille Miglia registration of this year is yet closed but, if not, this car is a potential entrant.
Indeed it is a 1954 Fiat 1100 TV, a car which is the typical entrant of the historic race held in Italy every May. But, more than that, this TV is a special one as the it has a special trim made by Colli and, as the seller says, an engine tuned by Stanguellini.
The job made by Colli is quite subtle: there are not any body twistings but some elegant touches like a different exterior chrome trim, a couple of fog lights embedded in the nose, bucket seats, an additional gauge between the speedometer and the tachometer and other little details. We can’t understand to which car the wheels belong, for sure they are not stock 1100 TV wheels. Find it for sale at €55,000 (today $58,000) here in Palermo, Italy.
