One owner did 162K miles: 1958 Austin Healey 100-6 BN4L

It’s odd seeing a 1958 car sold directly by its first owner, but this seems just the case.

Indeed the owner (and seller) says that he bought this car new in Germany (probably he was in the army back then) with a Le Mans engine kit. It is a four seat BN4 L with black interior, overdrive, disk wheels. The engine has been updated with electronic ignition and distributor, which is always a great improvement (trust us).

The car has been repainted (we add: unfortunately) to eliminate stone chips and door dings: that’s a shame because a one owner car would have been perfect with such signs of the time. The engine has been rebuilt 38k miles ago with 3000 c.c. specs and , of course, the seller says that a lot of manteinace paper are available: we suspect that you’ll need a luggage to store them. Find it for sale at $30,000 here in Lincoln, CA.
