This stunning 1951 Hornet features a very nice color combo and a great overall stance. We aren’t Hudson experts but this car seems to be mostly correct in many details. The seller states that around 500 convertible were built in ’51, so it should be a rare car.

The flathead straight-six H-145 (this number refers to hp) engine is still in its place and seems well detailed, along with the whole engine bay. Obviously this car is not a rocket for today standards, but that power is enough to let the owner cruise at acceptable speed.

Interiors are detailed as well, showing a very nice door panels stitching pattern and a beautiful match between chrome, wood and blue leather (or vinyl?). Undercarriage too looks very nice and solid. Overall this car is an eye-catcher wherever it goes, we suppose that the actual bidding level is way far from the reserve price. Find it here for sale in Buffalo, NY with bidding at $ 33,103 and reserve price not met.
