We have seen many Morris Minors for sale in the past, but never a “panel van” version: fortunately (in this case) there is always a first time.
What is equally rare about this car – besides its bodywork – is that it is a rare left-hand drive version, so we deduce that it was produced for export and has probably been in the US since new in 1957. Beyond to this, the car has been completely restored and – according to the seller – updated so that it can cope with modern traffic.
It seems that the car is equipped with the original tools and manuals and, in relation to the updates mentioned above, the car was equipped with an engine of 1275 c.c. (we assume a Cooper unit) and disc brakes. Regardless of how much you like this car there is one certainty: you will not restore one like this for the asking price. Find it for sale at $24,000 here in Bethany, OK.
