Rising fiber: 1966 Fiberfab Avenger GT

f1It looks like, even though slowly, there is a rising interest on these fiberglass cars built in the decade between the mid 60s and 70s. Here it is a representative of that era.

It is a Fiberfab Avenger GT, the same model of that we’ve published here eight months ago: the red one was in much better conditions than this one but this has, a Porsche engine and interiors which the first one didn’t have, that’s why the same price despite its worse conditions.

This particular car seems to have hit the road for the last time in 1974 as the New Jersey inspection sticker says, as mentioned before, it has a Porsche S75 engine and it seems that he has a couple of Porsche Speedster seats anddoor panels too: maybe the soul of a wrecked Speedster lives under the body of this car: this could be a very funny project. Find it for sale at $12,500 here in Bound Brook, NJ.
