Ok the seller doesn’t mention the build year of this Cisitalia made in Argentina but we know pretty well that these were built for three years, from 1959 to 1961 starting, of course, from the chassis of a Fiat 600.
Actually this one just one of the several models built by Cisitalia Argentina after that the founder’s son Piero Dusio, “emigrated” to argentina after he shut the doors of his factory near Torino.
As it often happens the seller says nothing about this car but that is completely restored, including its original engine. We actually see that the car looks good in a striking blood red paint but we would have wanted also to see some photos of the interiors and the engine bay. The nose seems to lack of some trims (which you will never find) as well as the soft top which should have a chrome trim around the window edge but, at last, it seems well worth the price. Find it for sale at €24,000 (today $27,000) here near Mendoza, Argentina.
