It was sold new in Italy, in a region which has snow during the winter: snow means salt on the tarmac and indeed this car seems to have a lot of rust issues on its floors. Of course the rust depend also from its previous storage, partially outdoor, since about 1980.

The good of this car is the original color combo: now the blue paint is faded and peeled off but the original shade was called “Azzurro Vincennes” which is a very elegant mid-tone blue which matches well with the original red interior. There is a lot of work to do here especially because, on aluminium cars like this one, corrosion is hidden where the steel frame meets the aluminium body: restoring this car is definitely a job for skilled professionals. Find it for sale here in Philadelphia, PA, with a b.i.n. price of $114,500.
