Former grey: 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider

Cattura

This 101 series Giulietta Spider lwb “normale” looks quite good, without any apparent scary detail. As the seller says, this car was born grey (the color should have been “Grigio Grafite”) and then painted in the usual red at some point of its life. All the chrome trims are there and no one of them need to be raplaced.

With the exception of the ugly radio and of the wheel cover, interiors look complete and not abused. The original steering wheel (which could be the most expensive interior item to buy) is in place and seems complete.

The engine bay is fairly clean: some paper hoses are missing but they are easy to find. Many of the engine parts of these cars are easy to be found at specialized dealers: it’s only a matter of money. Now, the car looks good but so far the lwb Giulietta Spider normale is the model which is worth less than the rest of its breed: we think that the asking price is a bit optimistic. Find it here for sale at $34,995 in San Francisco, CA.
