Another one: 1955 Fiat 600 Coupé by Monterosa

If we come across one for sale, we can’t help but post it, almost as if it were a moral duty.

In reality, the reason is simple, or rather, there are two reasons: the first is that we are fascinated by the small Italian cars built by master coachbuilders of the last century, the second is directly related to the first: since these cars were handmade, not mass-produced and only built by order, very few were made. Therefore, each surviving example over 70 years is a small miracle in itself.

In this specific case, we’re dealing with a two-tone red and black specimen, distinguished by a very unique front grille reminiscent of the design used on Alfa Romeo cars from the 1950s, and most likely featuring its original paint. The seller states that the car was driven until 1972 and then remained stored in a garage. They claim it’s a preserved vehicle intended for restoration, and it comes complete with all its parts. Find it for sale at €35,000 (today $41,000) here in Lugo, Italy.
