Original stuff/2: 1966 Fiat 1500 Coupé by Vignale

v3

Original car, original black plate, preserved, rare and cheap, you can’t ask for much more than that if you are looking for an italian classic built by one of the most famous coachbuilder ever.

v1

It is indeed a 1500 coupé built by Vignale coachworks, not the most aggressive or flamboyant car ever but a special for who, back then, wanted to stand out of the crowd without spending a fortune also in maintenance: the engine and all the other mechanical components of these cars are rock solid. Give a look here for a nice review of this model.

v2

This particular car is said to be preserved and never restored: if that’s true, this car has been cared well and stored as the conditions look great: it seems that the only not original part are the mag wheels (at least they seem to be some aftermarket, although period correct, wheels). Find it for sale at €9,600 (today $10,700) here in Torino, Italy.
