This 1970 Superbird is said to be a barn find and a great candidate for a restoration. You may like it or not but this rare vehicle is still an icon of the muscle car era.

These were equipped with three different engines: a 440 V8 Super Commando with a single barrel of the “Six Pack” options, and the mighty 426 Hemi: this one was the engine preferred by tuners but it was more delicate than the “quiet” 440. However, this car is equipped with the least option so it’s not as rare as its sisters but remember that we are talking about production numbers which, for the U.S. car industry, are ridiculously little even then.

Little more than 1,900 cars were built of which only 135 with the Hemi option: whatever is this car, this is the moment to make it yours. Find it for sale at $85,000 here in Palmyra, NY.
