The enormous number of variations based on the Fiat 1100 platform included, of course, a station wagon body, actually already made on the 1100-103 model of the late fifties and then continued until the early seventies.

This station wagon, called “Familiare” is based on the penultimate version of the 1100 dynasty, the “D” series which was a best seller in Italy during the sixties: this version had a 1221 c.c. and less chrome than the previous version but its reliability and durability still were a benchmark for its class.

This particular car captured our attention for three reasons: first the color combo is very nice: it’s two-tone painted in blue with a black roof so that’s not the “usual” white family man color; then its condition look very good: not a concours car but for sure it need few touches to be used as is; moreover everything seems original like the original black plate; than the price which is just a little less than a Rolex watch. Find it for sale at €4,000 (today $4,400) here in Raffadali, Italy.
