This yellow Appia GTE (chassis 81203-5076) is said to have been fully restored in 2004, including mechanical parts which have been overhauled by the actual seller. It was imported in UK from Holland (both countries have a special feeling with classic Lancia).

This doesn’t seem a concours-level restored car but it actually looks good: we don’t know if the yellow paint is original but it fits well this car, especially mated with the black painted wheels. Interiors look good and honest: this car has also a couple of period sport seats which are always welcome in this kind of car.

The engine bay is not extraordinary but we can’t spot any big imperfections. The prices of Zagato cars have substantially increased in the last five years, so we find that the asking price of this car is fair. Find it for sale at £49,950 (today $77,000) here in Reading, UK.
